Boudeir’s Seven Sisters Hike for Clean Water

Al-ḥamdu lillāh, Allah has blessed us with water that flows from taps and bottles, while many of our brothers and sisters struggle for a single drop. Do we not hear the words of Allah?

"وَجَعَلْنَا مِنَ ٱلْمَآءِ كُلَّ شَىْءٍ حَىٍّ"

"And We made from water every living thing." Quran 21:30

Water is the very source of life. To give water is not just charity – it is giving life.

Our beloved Prophet ﷺ said:

"The best charity is giving water to drink."

Think, my brother, my sister: Every sip from that pump, every drop that quenches thirst, every wudu’ made, every child who survives dehydration – all of it will pour into your scale of good deeds until the Day of Judgment.

Imagine: you leave this world, but the well still flows, the hand pump still draws water, and angels still record ṣadaqah jāriyah for you.

"مَثَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ يُنفِقُونَ أَمْوَٰلَهُمْ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ كَمَثَلِ حَبَّةٍ أَنبَتَتْ سَبْعَ سَنَابِلَ فِى كُلِّ سُنبُلَةٍۢ مِّا۟ئَةُ حَبَّةٍۢ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ يُضَـٰعِفُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ"

"The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed [of grain] which grows seven spikes; in each spike is a hundred grains. And Allah multiplies for whom He wills." Quran 2:261

So give! Do not delay. Let your wealth become water that revives the ummah. Let your sadaqah become a river of mercy for you in the hereafter.
