Ummah Charity International is now Al-Wahab Foundation
In August 2017, the people of Rohingya confronted brutal genocide in Myanmar, leaving them displaced and devastated. Hundreds and thousands were reported dead while many began to flee to Bangladesh in a traumatic state.
As of now, after the Rohingya crisis, there are approximately over 1 million refugees who are managing their survival in the highly populated Cox’s Bazar, recorded as the largest refugee camp in the world. To alleviate their suffering, Al-Wahab Foundation is on the ground to provide sustenance for better survival through the Rohingya Emergency Appeal.
The struggles of the Rohingya Refugees continue as they lack basic facilities for a sustainable living. The shortage of food, water, healthcare, sanitation, and shelter has declared the Rohingya Emergency, as 60 per cent of these refugees are children. Our team is on the ground to deal with the Rohingya appeal by providing food packs, cooked food, and clean drinking water. Your contribution towards the Rohingya Appeal can minimise the suffering of many.
According to reports, over 200,000 Rohingya Children are suffering from malnutrition, and 80% of refugees residing in the Cox Bazar are entirely dependent on aid for survival. Since August 2017, this violence in Myanmar has resulted in the fastest-growing humanitarian crisis in the world, threatening the lives of over 900,000 people who fled as refugees.
Your Rohigya donation can provide life and nourishment through food packs, cooked food, and water and give them hope for a better future. Together, we can offer relief to the Rohingya Crisis refugees and save lives through the Rohingya Emergency Appeal.
Al-Wahab Foundation has always been at the forefront of dealing with emergency situations in different countries. Whether it is natural disasters, conflicts, or any sort of humanitarian crisis, our team has ensured that we are there to provide relief to as many people as possible.
Considering the Rohingya Emergency as one of the most essential causes to address, our team took radical steps to provide food packs in Rohingya Refugee Camps. In 2024, as per the directions of Chairman Mufti Abdul Wahab, our team distributed 275 food packs, delivering hope and nourishment to 1,200 beneficiaries struggling for survival in Rohingya camps. Your Rohingya donation towards food packs, cooked food, and water can be a vital source for many more. Support our Rohingya charity work and be the one to make a difference.
