Our Journey So Far...

2026

In 2026, Al-Wahab Foundation continued to build on more than a decade of humanitarian service, expanding its reach across both the UK and overseas through emergency relief, healthcare, clean water and sustainable development initiatives.

From Ramadan and Qurbani appeals to eye care, masjid construction and livelihood projects, the Foundation remained committed to delivering practical support while creating lasting opportunities for individuals and families to thrive.

The Foundation also strengthened its engagement with local communities through the expansion of its NHS Iftar Initiative, bringing together healthcare professionals, volunteers and supporters across multiple NHS hospitals in London during the month of Ramadan.

2025

In 2025, Al-Wahab Foundation strengthened its connection with supporters and local communities through a series of impactful fundraising and community initiatives across the UK. Highlights included the NHS Iftar Programme, bringing together healthcare professionals and volunteers during Ramadan, as well as the Seven Sisters Challenge, which united participants in raising funds to provide life-changing access to clean water.

These initiatives reflected the growing commitment of our supporters to making a meaningful difference both locally and internationally. Alongside these community initiatives, AWF continued to deliver humanitarian aid and sustainable development projects across Pakistan, Afghanistan and beyond.

Through emergency relief, solar energy projects, eye care programmes and livelihood support, the Foundation remained committed to empowering vulnerable communities and creating opportunities for long-term independence and lasting change.

2024

In 2024, Al-Wahab Foundation proudly celebrated over a decade of serving humanity, marking this milestone with a series of charity dinners and community events across the UK. Throughout the year, we continued to expand our humanitarian and development programmes, providing food assistance, clean water, eye care, masjid construction, livelihood support and emergency relief to vulnerable communities.

Our UK outreach also continued to grow through partnerships and community initiatives that supported individuals experiencing poverty, homelessness and hardship. This part is much better from the previous part for this year. Our Chairman, Mufti Abdul Wahab, visited Pakistan to oversee the implementation of key projects.

We also expanded our sustainable development work by launching new Solar Projects, helping families in remote communities gain access to reliable electricity, improving their quality of life and creating brighter opportunities for future generations.

2023

In 2023, Al-Wahab Foundation responded swiftly to major humanitarian crises, providing emergency relief to families affected by the devastating earthquakes in Türkiye, Afghanistan and Morocco. Through the generosity of its supporters, the Foundation delivered food packs, cooked meals, cash assistance and other essential aid to thousands of beneficiaries, helping communities recover during times of immense hardship.

The year also witnessed significant progress across the Foundation's sustainable development programmes. Hundreds of water pumps and dozens of water wells were installed, new masjids were constructed in Pakistan and Uganda, and vulnerable individuals benefited from eye care, education, food assistance, Ramadan projects, winter support, women empowerment and livelihood initiatives, creating lasting change in communities around the world.
