Al-Wahab Foundation’s Winter Relief Initiative with HASVO and Hotspot Community CIC

In a collaboration, Al-Wahab Foundation joined hands with the Harrow Association for Somali Voluntary Organisations (HASVO) and Hotspot Community CIC to bring warmth and comfort to the lives of the less fortunate. Through joint efforts, the organisations are distributing winter survival kits, which include essential items such as socks, blankets, caps, gloves, sleeping bags, and food packs to provide nourishment in harsh weather.

As the winter season brings challenges for deprived communities, Al-Wahab Foundation has always been on the front to provide protection and warmth to those in desperate need. This year, as per the directions of Chairman Mufti Abdul Wahab, AWF joined hands with Hotspot Community CIC to provide 100 winter survival kits containing winter caps, a pair of socks, blankets, gloves, and sleeping bags. Through this initiative, AWF and Hotspot Community CIC facilitated 400 beneficiaries with generous contributions from our respectable donors under the winter relief initiative.

The Impact

The combined efforts of Al-Wahab Foundation, HASVO, and Hotspot Community CIC made a tangible difference in the lives of the deprived through the winter relief project. This winter relief initiative goes beyond material assistance to restore dignity and hope by addressing immediate needs and developing a sense of community.
