Ramadan is the time of the year that brings the Muslim community closer while spreading the message of peace and harmony. Muslims across the globe practise good deeds, increase their worshipping, and self-reflect to maximise their rewards. Every act done considering Allah’s will strengthens your bond with the Almighty and earns you multiplied rewards during Ramadan. As this Ramadan 2025 ends, we want to share with you how your Ramadan donations made a meaningful impact on the lives of those less fortunate.
Giving during Ramadan is one of the most virtuous acts to reap multiplied blessings. The Quran highlights the significance of giving as,
“The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed of grain that sprouts seven ears; in every ear, there are a hundred grains” (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:261).
The Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) also emphasized the power of Ramadan giving as,
“The best charity is that given in Ramadan” (Tirmidhi 663).
Through generosity during the blessed month of Ramadan, you can support those in desperate need and gain Allah’s boundless mercy.
At Al-Wahab Foundation, our mission revolves around serving families in need in the UK and beyond, ensuring they can observe Ramadan without worrying about their regular meals.
This year, we have expanded our outreach to the UK, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, UK, Uganda, and Rwanda through your generous Ramadan donations. Here’s an overview of our Ramadan activities aligning with your donation impact throughout the sacred month:
Every year during Ramadan, Al-Wahab Foundation provides food and Iftar packs to the homeless and those in need in the UK, free of discrimination. It is also a source of spreading the message of peace and harmony while sharing the blessings of Ramadan in its true essence.
This Ramadan 2025, we have distributed 260 Food Packs and 830 Iftar Packs, benefitting 2,370 people in need in the UK.
A key highlight of our Ramadan UK Projects this year is serving the NHS staff with Iftar meals in three hospitals in London, i.e. Northwick Park Hospital, Central Middlesex Hospital, and Ealing Hospital NHS Trust. This initiative centred upon our objective to unite the community, convey the message of Ramadan, and honour the dedication of hardworking NHS staff.
With your Fidya, Fitrana and Kaffarah donations, Al-Wahab Foundation provided assistance to as many people in need as possible. Your contributions have relieved many families with a hope for a better future while making a lasting impact of donations towards our Ramadan project. This year, we served the needs of 4,713 beneficiaries, ensuring that no one is left behind to make the most of the blessed month of Ramadan.
Eid-ul-Fitr is a time of joy and festivity, yet many families lack the means to participate fully in the blissful moments of this occasion. With your support, we’ve been able to provide Eid Gift Packs to children belonging to disadvantaged families, leaving a strong donation impact, spreading happiness and a sense of inclusivity for those who cannot afford. In Ramadan 2025, we distributed 37 Eid gifts while sharing the blessings of Eid Ul-Fitr. These gift packs contained fancy Eid dresses, footwear, bangles, Mehndi and much more.
With the most gratitude to Allah (SWT) and the overwhelming support from our respectable donors, together we have made an impact through our Ramadan Project 2025 by delivering nourishment and hope to over 35,000 beneficiaries this year.
